The evening will begin just steps from the hotel. Once everyone has had time to check in, refresh, and get ready, we will gather for a full dinner, drinks, and a proper welcome to the weekend right across the street.

Seniors arrive at Marin Academy Championship Field for the 2026 class photo. Photo will be taken at 8:30 a.m.

Graduation Ceremony

Marin Academy, San Rafael

Procession & Ceremony

The procession begins at 10:00 AM, and the ceremony is expected to last approximately 90 minutes to two hours.

Seating

No tickets are required. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gates open at 9:00 AM. A limited number of seats are shaded, but most are in the sun, so we recommend bringing a hat and wearing sunscreen.

Transportation

We have transportation arranged to the ceremony and back.

Attire

Graduation is outdoors on campus, so we recommend polished, comfortable attire suited for a Marin Summer Day.

Sundresses, skirts, linen, light layers, button-downs, slacks, and comfortable shoes are all appropriate. The ceremony seating is outside, and some areas may be sunny, so hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are encouraged.
